Jeffy's Endless Aethos was created as a Friday Night Funkin Mod based off of the random posts on smlwiki.com. This site shows some creepy stuff related to Super Mario Logan / SML.

Jeffy drinks eight balls of Coke and his eyes are opened. What is unknown at this time.

You play Marvin in the mod. He is one of SML's main characters and also the protagonist. Marvin must rap battle against Jeffy, who has now become ascended.
