Players face a crucial choice: race through levels quickly gathering gold for sacrifices that could yield immediate but temporary advantages; or take an incremental approach by gathering powerful units along the way and capturing powerful units to add to your army for long-term gains that could prove pivotal in battles to come. This strategic quandary challenges players to balance risk against reward during every playthrough for maximum enjoyment!

Goal of Black King 2 is to oust an ancient foe that lurks deep within a dungeon: Black King! However, his presence can present both dangers and opportunities: you could acquire unique pieces for your army; gain powerful buffs or effects that turn battle tide in your favour; unlock powerful passives which could turn the tide of battle for good; etc.
