Pounce.sh

Description

Pounce.sh is an interactive strategic two-player turn-based stealth game similar to Boggle or Battleship that relies on two opposing strategy teams for victory.

Accumulate as much intelligence on your opponent, while remaining wary that they don't become your prey.

Games Modes: Multiplayer (rank games mode).

Basic Rules of Play with Friends with Bots (FTFBs): At first, two players sit side-by-side on an 8x8 grid.

Players cannot see each other.

Players take turns moving or pouncing around the board in an effort to kill each other using either skill - both can work to overcome opponents.

Move is more discrete but offers limited range.

More drastic actions such as pouncing will expose their location, so they should only be used with extreme care.

Each cell in this grid displays one of five types of tiles.

Every time one player moves, their opponents can instantly see which tile type has been encountered by that individual.

Players need to try to track down and locate their adversary while concealing their own position.

Powerups
Bomb: When used, this weapon destroys opponents within an area 3 square diamond in radius, surrounding its user.

Lazer: When used, this weapon strikes deadly blows against any opponents within its field of usage in either row or column.

Reveal: To reveal the location of an opponent.

Advanced Tips
Players will attempt to spawn four blocks apart.

Power ups like bomb and lazer will scorch any tiles they touch; tiles in an opponent's feed will reflect this fact if any tiles in their feed have recently been scorched by these effects. Just have Fun and have No Regrets
